Don't feel obliged to fry your chicken as the preparation guide suggest, I've achieved fantastic results by roasting wings, thighs and legs in the oven until you get that lovely crispy skin.
If you've never used a wing sauce before I urge you to give it a try. It really is one of the best ways to enjoy chicken.

2 1/2lb Chicken Wings (12-16 whole wings)
1/2 cup Anchor Bar Wing Sauce
If preferred, split wing joint, pat dry. Deep fry at 350° for 10-15 minutes until completely cooked and crispy; drain. Put in bowl, add sauce and toss until wings are completely covered. Serve with Bleu Cheese and celery.
